    A very wonderful version of this timeless classic.
    Thankyou for this post, the only other version I like as much is an obscure one by Dread Zepplen, it can really bring out the puppy in a person :D

    Love how the singers harmonize with each other rather than both trying to sing the melody, a true sign of great vocalists.

    Outside of the Late Bobby Hatfield of the Righteous Brothers I feel this version by Russell Hitchcock is probably the best.
    I’ve always felt that this song was Bobby’s “Signature” song and after his version became the Theme Song for the movie “Ghost” I believe most will now agree that Bobby now comes as close as any Singer can in “Owning” this song as his and will more then liking for always…Love you little Angel…..Bob
