well are you fat? if so your fat covers the dent made by the connection point of the tricep muscle and elbow.

Hey dude dont be affraid im skinny too the airbaby move trains your forearm to be stronger. just practice it everyday it makes u stronger and no u wont break ur bone unless u are trying to do it the wrong way. and fall differently if u fall try to fall where u dont break anything.

  15. Anonymous on August 24th, 2008 9:11 am

iv practiced this move for like 5 months i almost got the hang of it i can feel it. it doesnt hurt like it use too i can do it with 1 hadn for 5 seconds and soemtimes more.

if you can’t find a dent. place it on the muscle above ur elbow.

  21. Anonymous on August 24th, 2008 9:11 am

but i cant find any dent anywhere around my elbow

  22. Anonymous on August 24th, 2008 9:11 am

really get the hang of putting ur knee in that little dent above ur elbow. once you knoe where to put it make sure that ur leaning forward far enough to make it so that ur knee won’t move. if it still hurts, then use an elbow pad untill ur muscle builds up in that area.

  23. Anonymous on August 24th, 2008 9:11 am

is it just me because every one says their bone hurts when they do this but for me, my skin hurts. it feels like my knee is gonna rip my elbow skin apart = =
